RETURN POLICY
Policy
Refunds and exchanges are granted when the order adheres to the following.
- Garments are unworn with tags attached and in original garment bag.
- No make up or perfume on garment.
- Sent back within 14 days of dispatch.
IMPORTANT INFO
- Orders purchased on promotion (excluding the welcome discount) are only valid for a store credit or exchange.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless proven faulty.
- Pre-order items are only valid for store credit or exchange.
